What is Taiji Yangsheng Zhang?
Taiji Yangsheng Zhang is a health-preserving practice that blends the flowing movements of Taiji (Tai Chi) with the use of a short stick (zhang). Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts, it helps:

  • improve balance, flexibility, and coordination

  • support joint mobility and muscle strength

  • enhance energy circulation

  • promote both physical and mental wellbeing
