Xiaoping Lu

Xiaoping has been practicing Qigong for over three decades, having first met Master Fuyin Chen in 1989. In 2000, she formally became his disciple and now holds the trademark for Essence Qigong, Master Chenโ€™s unique form. Alongside her academic role as PA to the Pro-Dean International in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, Xiaoping shares her deep knowledge and experience of Qigong through workshops that blend tradition, mindfulness, and movement.
