A tai chi taster session for University staff as part of Staff Healthy Week 2018.
In this Tai Chi taster session you will be introduced to the basic philosophy of yin and yang and learn the opening moves in the 24-step sequence. You should finish the session feeling completely relaxed and refreshed!
