The Business Confucius Institute ran a teacher training event for local Mandarin teachers on Saturday 9 June with trainer Chris Webster. The session was attended by teachers from around the region, including teams from community schools in Leeds and York.
Students from local schools have spent the day at the University of Leeds for a Chinese Culture Day run by the East Asian Students Department with support from the Business Confucius Institute at the University of Leeds.
